We’re the crew that shows up in your attic, your crawl space, and sometimes your walls. Every person on this page works out of our Round Rock warehouse, lives in the Austin metro, and has pulled fiberglass out of a 120-degree attic in July. What ties us together isn’t a motivational poster. It’s the Haven Standard: written price before work starts, documented photo record when we’re done, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise that Wes Okafor, our owner, actually answers for.

Wes Okafor, Owner
I started this location in 2016 after five years of seeing homeowners in Round Rock and Pflugerville get quoted one price and invoiced another. That still makes me tired. I hold a BPI Building Analyst certification and personally review every blower-door test before it goes to the customer. If the after number doesn’t beat the before number by a meaningful margin, I want to know why before the crew packs up. I live in Georgetown with my family, and I keep a collection of the worst rodent-chewed flex duct photos I’ve ever seen. Some of them are impressive in a horrible way. I answer the phone when it rings, and I sign every written scope that leaves this office.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been crawling attics in Williamson County for fourteen years. He holds an Owens Corning Certified Energy Expert credential and specializes in spray foam applications in older Round Rock homes with irregular joist spacing. He’s the one who catches the details: a top plate that wasn’t sealed, a bath fan dumping into the insulation instead of the roof vent, a can light rated for contact with insulation that turned out not to be. Marcus grew up in Taylor and still drives back for his grandmother’s brisket on Sundays. He will absolutely notice if your attic access hatch isn’t weatherstripped, and he won’t leave until it is.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana runs our blown-in insulation crew and trains every new hire on proper hose technique and density targets. She’s certified in Johns Manville attic systems and has a particular skill for retrofitting wall insulation in Round Rock’s 1980s-era homes without tearing down drywall. Dana moved here from Lubbock in 2019 and still complains about the humidity, though she’s learned to work around it. She keeps a notebook of every R-value upgrade she’s done in Brushy Creek and Teravista, with before-and-after photos the customers never see but we use for training. Her personal rule: if she wouldn’t put her own mother in this attic, the job’s not done.
James K., Service Coordinator
James answers the phones, schedules the crews, and makes sure your written scope and written price are ready before anyone pulls into your driveway. He’s been with us since 2021 and knows which neighborhoods in Round Rock have HOA insulation requirements, which ones need city permits for spray foam, and how to get both handled without you having to make extra calls. James is from Cedar Park originally and has a background in residential HVAC dispatch, which means he actually understands what you’re describing when you say your second floor won’t cool below 78. He sends the text when your technician is on the way, and he follows up after the job to make sure the photo record landed in your inbox.
Elena V., Apprentice Installer
Elena joined us in 2024 after completing the construction trades program at Austin Community College. She’s working toward her BPI Infiltration and Duct Leakage certification and currently specializes in air sealing: top plates, electrical penetrations, recessed can lights, and the other thousand gaps that make your conditioned air disappear into the Round Rock summer. Elena grew up in a 1972 ranch house in Wells Branch with no attic insulation at all, which is how she got interested in this work. She takes the before photos that make homeowners wince, and she’s competitive about getting the cleanest caulk lines in the crew. Her first solo blower-door test is coming up soon, and Marcus has already warned her he’s checking her math.
